Bindia Rosas, joined AHB in 2017, and has 9 years experience in the asset management space. Before transitioning to the investment team, she served as a Financial and Operations Analyst, where she played an integral role across AHB’s research, trading and operations functions, where she streamlined workflows, enhanced cross-departmental coordination, and implemented process improvements that increased efficiency. Bindia also contributed to the development and rollout of new internal programs and controls, helping to strengthen compliance frameworks and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements. Prior to joining AHB, she gained early-stage operational experience as an Operations Intern at OurBus, a transportation technology startup. Bindia is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
